Clay Gully Road Subdivision
The Clay Gully Road subdivision is a major greenfield residential community delivered in Victoria Point, introducing new freehold lots, roads, drainage reserves and open space parcels to support the ongoing growth of the Redlands region. Developed by Urbex, the project required precise surveying across multiple stages to create compliant residential lots and supporting infrastructure.
Lawson Surveys acted as the titling surveyor for the project, preparing accurate and legally compliant survey plans across each stage. Our work supported council plan sealing, Titles Queensland registration and the coordination required to align civil staging with lot releases.

We also prepared covenants and worked closely with Redland City Council to facilitate plan sealing, along with providing registration support through Titles Queensland.
